
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of all mass fundraising channels, including direct mail, email, DRTV, radio, and digital campaigns
- Build and scale digital marketing efforts to acquire, cultivate, and retain donors and constituents across platforms
- Aggressively grow and retain the monthly sustainer file
- Grow and renew our magazine circulation file
- Collaborate closely with content, brand, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of messaging across channels
- Oversee key vendor and agency relationships while building internal team capacity and structure
- Analyze campaign performance and donor data to inform decision-making and drive continuous optimization
- Partner with executive leadership and Advancement to set fundraising goals and budget strategy
- Champion a unified experience for constituents across the donor and digital journey
- Oversees a team of approximately 36 employees with 4-6 direct reports
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of strategic senior leadership experience in direct response fundraising, digital marketing, or growth strategy
- Proven track record of growing donor bases and revenue through integrated campaigns
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-million dollar budgets and multi-channel campaign portfolios
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in performance metrics, donor segmentation, and audience insights
- Deep alignment with the mission, theology, and values of Focus on the Family
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis in Marketing (MBA a plus)
