Mission, Vision, and Values
People Matter. Truth Matters. The Gospel is our only hope.
Staff Culture
The staff culture at Bridges is relational and steady. You’ll find that a lot of the people who work at Bridges have been at Bridges for a long time. You get the sense that they are connected and grown there, which is so beautiful and encouraging. At the same time, it sits in this part of the country that is fast-moving, high-tech, and ever changing. There’s a steadfastness and security to that, I think. People must feel that in a big way when they step into this space. Things slow down. People remember your name and care.
