I love this opportunity because it provides someone the opportunity to lead at a very high level, while also maintaining some preaching opportunities. The Springs is a fast growing church that is making a significant impact. In addition, they are in the process of building a permanent facility for the Middleton Campus, which is going to create even more growth. This is a great opportunity for the right leader and preacher.
Church @ The Springs launched in 1994 in Ocala, Florida by Ron and Teddi Sylvia with a passion to reach the unchurched in relevant ways. This innovative spirit has always been at the core of The Springs, with a committed community ready and willing to do whatever it takes to spread The Gospel.
With 15 location changes within the first 15 years, The Springs was launching new churches and multiplying as a church but needed a permanent place to call home. This would become a place that would increase ministry opportunities and the impact The Springs would be able to have in the community. The Springs experienced its first form of multiplication in 2001 by launching a new church. In 2010, The Springs moved into its new and permanent home. With two more campus launches in 2013 and 2015, The Springs continued to grow and learn.
Today, The Springs is well prepared to take its multi-site strategy to the next level of impact, keeping pace with the growing surge of new, unchurched communities. They currently have four campuses and over 7000 people in attendance this past Easter.
The Springs is committed to serving their local community through school partnerships, food drives, women’s pregnancy centers, and more. Their small groups spearhead the majority of community mission work with the support of our church.

The Campus Pastor is responsible for leading all aspects of the campus in a way that aligns with the mission and vision of The Springs. The Campus Pastor will provide leadership to all weekend responsibilities, small groups, serving, and overall spiritual health of the campus and campus staff. The Campus Pastor embodies, protects, and lives out the core values of Church @ The Springs.
