
Staff Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage the staff team, creating a culture of family as well as accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement that reflects the mission and values of Harvest Chapel.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement ministry plans and organizational strategies in alignment with the Lead Pastor’s vision, ensuring clear goals, healthy systems, and measurable outcomes across all departments.
Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day church operations, including staff rhythms, calendar planning, internal communication, and cross-departmental collaboration, to ensure smooth execution and forward momentum.
Culture & Team Health: Champion a healthy staff culture and strive to protect and strengthen the church’s DNA as it continues to grow and scale.
Organizational Systems & Accountability: Establish and refine systems that improve efficiency and clarity throughout the organization. Lead ministry leaders with vision and accountability.

- Seasoned Ministry Leadership: Brings 10+ years of hands-on ministry experience, including leadership roles in churches of 500+ attendees or more.
- Proven Staff Leadership: Experienced in managing and developing staff teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
- Assemblies of God Licensed Minister (Preferred): Holds current ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God.
