JVI is deeply committed to serving the most vulnerable in South Asia with the love of Christ. This team of highly intelligent, capable, and passionate executive leaders have chosen to use their expertise and gifts to bring freedom and justice to those living in unjust communities who cannot advocate for themselves. This CAO will serve alongside the Founder/CEO and the COO as the third member of this executive team and will bring their expertise in fundraising to help grow the impact of JVI for decades to come.
Since 2007, Justice Ventures International (JVI) has been on a mission to bring freedom, justice, and restoration to men, women, and children suffering from human trafficking and other extreme forms of injustice. Our vision is to see unjust communities transformed into communities that reflect God’s love, where the human rights and dignity of the vulnerable are respected.
JVI’s partnership model has proven effective, efficient, sustainable, and scalable. Over the last ten years, JVI has directly impacted over 100,000 lives and indirectly impacted tens of thousands more.
The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) is responsible for creating the vision, mission and strategy for the development function, ultimately to enable the scale up of sustainable community justice transformation projects across South Asia and into new countries. The Chief Advancement Officer will be a chief spokesperson representing the organization to constituencies, both internal and external. He/she will manage a development team, and will function well in a balanced culture that combines the richness and relevance of programs with the efficacy of best business practices, fiscal accountability, and institutional impact.
