Nicole (Nikki) serves as an Associate in Slingshot’s Worship & Creative Arts division, bringing over 16 years of experience as a creative leader and producer in the local church. She’s passionate about building healthy teams, developing emotionally intelligent leaders, and creating thriving ministry cultures.

With a degree in leadership and a certification in The Six Types of Working Genius, Nikki is known for her insight, intentionality, and ability to bring out the best in others. She’s the author of Leadership Frameworks, a practical guide to growing the interpersonal skills essential for strong, effective teams.

In addition to her role at Slingshot, Nikki serves as the Creative Arts Pastor at a multisite church in the Chicagoland area. Whether she’s coaching leaders, writing, or sharing a meal with friends, Nikki brings purpose and heart to everything she does.
