• Develop a vision for technical and production ministries
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate special projects such as camps, retreats, mission trips, special events, worship services, construction projects, etc.
• Develop a robust volunteer team and equip qualified leaders and volunteers
• Supervise staff, leaders, and volunteers for assigned ministries and/or committees
• Prepare, submit, and oversee budget for technical and production ministries
• Provide pastoral leadership and discipleship opportunities for volunteers and staff
• Meet regularly with worship staff and ministerial staff for planning, evaluating, and Creating content and events

• 3-5 Years experience leading production and technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to craft and execute technical and production systems and processes
• Strong relational skills and a heart for servant leadership
• Deep knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems
• Alignment with CFBC’s core mission, values, and vision

The new Tech Director at Collierville First Baptist Church has the unique opportunity to join a team that is talented, flexible, and ready to move!  Developing systems and processes will be high on the list of priorities, as well as the recruitment and development of the volunteer team.  The right person will have experience leading teams at a high level while balancing a pastoral and shepherd’s heart.
