
Expectations & Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS/MS is ideal but not required. A person’s aptitude and experience in these areas can supersede a college degree requirement.
- Strategic and creative leader with 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience.
- Exhibits a strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ evidenced in personal relationships, commitment to the local church, personal work ethic, compassion, and a drive for spiritually lost people.
- Exhibits excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Effective team builder with innate people skills.
- Proven ability to design and process effective services that are relevant, excellent, and purposeful, and that effectively helps C3 accomplish its mission.
- Desires the outcomes of the greater leadership team over personal aggrandizement.
- Commits to a daily time with God and in God’s word.
- Setting appropriate boundaries to protect character and integrity.
- Developing personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
- Supporting the mission of C3 by faithfully giving time and financial resources.
- Adhering to and encompassing the qualities and characteristics required of C3 employees, as defined by the C3 Employee Handbook.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary worship leader on Sundays and responsible for worship teams and coordinating between the Worship Center and Activity Center service spaces.
- Manage the strategic processes of planning, preparing, and executing weekend services which are effective and sustainable within a future multi-site strategy.
- In partnership with the Associate Senior Pastor and the Production Director, they will cultivate a strategic vision and clear expectations for volunteers and contractors within the ministry.
- Cultivate a sense of community and accountability within the worship and production ministries where people are known, cared for and serving within their gifts.
