Why I Love This Opportunity

Todd Clark

Senior Associate

The Executive Pastor of Ministries role at Compass Christian Church is an incredible opportunity for an energetic and seasoned senior leader to join an incredible leadership team. Compass CC is a creative Kingdom force that is reaching many thousands of people for Jesus in the greater Phoenix area!

About This Organization

Compass started in 1925 by a group of families in the area. The church has met in several different geographical locations and settled on the current property as construction began in 1997. The current worship center was completed in 2021 after a successful capital campaign called Uncharted.
Roger Storms was the Sr. Pastor for 29 years before Brian Jobe came as the current SP in 2016. Roger still attends the church as an attender, and Brian sees himself at this church until he retires.

Compass currently runs 3,000 in weekend attendance and operates under a staff directed and elder protected leadership model.
