For over 25 years, Kevin McManus has served in a variety of ministry roles, including lead pastor, campus pastor, student pastor, and church planter. His extensive experience has fueled a deep passion for building thriving churches by equipping leaders and cultivating healthy, Spirit-led communities.

As part of the Slingshot Group team, Kevin partners with churches to help them find pastors who align with their mission and calling—a role that blends his love for people and his commitment to the local church. A lifelong learner and natural connector, Kevin values empowering leaders, equipping others to serve in their God-given purpose, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Based in South Florida, Kevin and his wife are raising three children, ages 17, 13, and 5. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, cheering on his son at soccer games, and taking any opportunity to be out on the water.
