Harmony Bible Church

Pastor of Worship Arts

Burlington, Iowa

Why I Love This Opportunity

David Santistevan

Senior Associate

The work that God is doing at Harmony Bible Church is truly remarkable. Small town, rural Iowa isn’t where you’d expect a growing, multisite church of 1600+ people. I’m excited to find their new Pastor of Corporate Worship because this is a gifted team that is hungry for growth and stepping deeper into what God is doing. This is a church that loves to worship and is making disciples who make disciples.

About This Organization

Harmony Bible Church exists to bring glory to God by being disciples and making disciples of Jesus Christ. We strive to be a worshiping community on mission–worshiping Christ in all of life, in community with other believers, on mission to make disciples in Southeast Iowa and all over the world. We seek to accomplish our mission and fulfill our vision through five core values: corporate worship, corporate discipleship, community discipleship, global discipleship, and church multiplication. In humble dependence on the Spirit, we pursue excellence in each of these core values.

Harmony is a non-denominational, gospel-centered, multisite church. Founded in the 1950s in Danville, Iowa, Harmony transitioned to a multisite model in 2014 with the launch of our Burlington Campus, followed in 2015 by the launch of our Fort Madison Campus. We are one church in three locations and recently embarked on a two-year transformational journey we’re calling All In for the One. Our hope is that the Lord would work through All In to grow us as His people, strengthen our current ministries, and position us for further Kingdom expansion in Southeast Iowa and beyond.
