I love this opportunity because the church is healthy, growing and they have a huge vision to reach the Tri-Cities area. In addition, this opportunity gives this new leader a chance to lead staff and build out processes and systems that will enable the church to continue growing and reaching more people for Jesus. For someone who is looking for a great church fit and a position that allows them to dream, lead and execute, this is the perfect opportunity for them.
C3 Tri-Cities began as a church plant in a Richland school. Today, it has a weekly attendance of over 1700 people, not including their thriving student ministry. The mission of C3 is to lead people into a new and growing relationship with Jesus. They are passionate about reaching the surrounding community and, as a result, they have a licensed counseling center and preschool.
With the addition of their new Lead Pastor, Adrian Schoonmaker, C3 Tri-Cities is preparing for an oncoming rapid growth season. Even without having a Lead Pastor for the last year, the church has seen hundreds of salvations and baptisms. With new leadership and a renewed passion for reaching the community, weekend attendance is growing, and there is a newfound energy among the congregation. Now C3 is looking for their next team member to help the church grow deeper in their commitment to Jesus and their love for the community.
As a part of the ministry operations focus, this person will oversee the following areas: Database, IT, Facilities, Administrative Staff and Strategic Planning. In addition, this person will oversee other ministry opportunities as they arise, such as campus expansion, leadership development and outreach/growth areas.
The person who fills this role must be looking for an opportunity to significantly impact the structures and systems of the church that directly impact all the ministries of the church. This new leader must be someone who seeks to work as a team, while bringing clarity and focus to an area that impacts all departments within the church. C3 Tri-Cities is is excited to welcome a new leader who is ready to join a growing team and a growing church.
