AEC has a very healthy student ministry with a broad reach in the community. They average 75-100 students, which is around 20-25% of their total attendance.
Regarding student ministry attendance as a percent of total attendance, AEC sees double what a typical church sees (10%). This is largely because of their influence in the community, a healthy student ministry built over a long period, and a strong investment from the church into the next generation.

The Associate Pastor of Students is responsible for providing servant leadership, shepherding, care, and direction to the AEC Students. This role involves engaging with volunteers, students, and their families both within the congregation and the community. The ultimate goal is to guide and nurture young individuals into becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ who love Jesus and others.
