Campus Pastor - Lafayette Campus

As the Lafayette Campus Pastor, you will champion the values of Flatirons and lead the Lafayette community and staff with passion and dedication.

Success in this role requires exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to positively influence others, ensuring cohesive teamwork and alignment with Flatirons Church’s mission. You will work closely with our central pastoral team, who provide oversight to our core ministry areas and will regularly connect with the Lead Team to keep our largest campus moving forward in alignment with Flatirons goals.

Your greatest contribution will be meaningful pastoral connection to the Lafayette Campus community and coaching the staff team to lead effectively in their ministries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing the Leadership Team at the campus level.
• Replication of Flatirons Community Church culture.
• Collaborate with Lead Team and Program Team on lobby setup.
• Collaborate with facilities team on exterior and interior building needs.
• Work closely with Support & Development leaders to ensure alignment in core areas of ministry:
• Weekend programming
• Kids Ministry
• Student Ministry
• Groups
• Local Outreach
• Is consistently present and available in the lobbies during weekend services, serves as a go-to resource for staff, as well as campus attenders.
• Willing to connect one-on-one with the local campus community to pastor, advise, support, encourage and instruct.
• Collaboratively develop campus budget and monitor financial state of campus.
• Work closely with Support & Development leaders to ensure alignment in core ministries with the mission and vision of the overall organization.
• Provide ongoing feedback to staff leaders, as well as perform formal evaluations of campus staff who report directly to the LCP.
• Create, plan, and execute campus staff meetings.
• Support, attend and work at a variety of campus events.
