Pathway is a multisite church with a healthy team culture and a track record of impacting the community through dynamic worship experiences and reaching out with the love of Jesus. Today, 1,400 people gather for worship each weekend. The Chippewa Campus has seen several expansions, most recently a 25,000 sq. ft. children’s wing featuring a colorful kid-friendly design, two-story playland, children’s auditorium, special needs sensory rooms, and more. Though consistent growth has brought change through the years, the mission of the church remains the same, “To be and make disciples of Jesus Christ.” This mission is evident today through energetic weekend worship experiences, the popular Pathway Café, and vibrant ministries to engage the whole family.
The Worship Pastor will play a pivotal role in developing and leading the worship and creative aspects of weekend services. The goal is to engage worshipers, as well as create authentic environments for encountering God and spreading the love of Jesus. The Worship Pastor will provide visionary leadership to worship teams consisting of vocalists, instrumentalists, production personnel and paid staff. Through the use of their strong vocal and instrumental skill, they will serve as the primary worship leader in the main auditorium on the Chippewa Campus, modern in style, as well as support the ministry in other venues. They will also enjoy the healthy church community and sweet fellowship that is Pathway.
