LCF exists to build devoted followers of Jesus Christ who are gospel-centered, humbly unified, mission-driven, pursuing holiness, and disciple-making. Since its founding, LCF has been a non-denominational, theologically conservative, gospel-centered, bible-preaching church that exists to build devoted followers of Jesus Christ. By God’s grace and through His work in and through the ministries of LCF, the church has steadily grown over the years in numbers and attendance, but more importantly, in the depth of its love for Jesus. In this current season of life and ministry, LCF is a church of close to 2000 people from all life stages, though young and growing families are our largest demographic.
Looking for someone who is able to foster collaboration, productivity, and healthy relationships with other staff members and volunteers. A person who is humble, solution-oriented, and intentional in their communication methods. The person on this team will oversee a part-time Graphic Designer, an Administrative Assistant, and a volunteer team of about 40 individuals who serve within our worship and media ministry. This person should be able to lead our congregation into deeper expressions of worship and settings beyond Sunday morning.
