NextGen Pastor

This full-time position is responsible for giving direction, vision, and execution of the NextGen ministries and staff at Community Bible Church.

Key Responsibilities:

• The purpose of the NextGen ministry is to lead families to make disciples.
• The NextGen ministry includes preschool, early elementary, preteen, middle school, high school, and college.
• This includes well over 20 staff and hundreds of volunteers
• The key responsibilities for this job include leading and caring for the staff and providing overall vision and direction for the ministries.
