The Managing Director plays an instrumental part in ensuring more members of the Christian education community in Canada are receiving and experiencing the support and benefits needed so that they can continue to stay focused on their mission and calling to serve in Christian education.
Christian Education Benefit Solutions (CEB Solutions) provides health and pension products and services designed specifically by and for the Canadian Christian education community. As a Christian education community with decades of experience and a deep commitment to strengthening Christian education, we understand the unique challenges that Christian educational institutions face as they meet the retirement and health care needs of their staff.
The Canadian Managing Director is the senior employee of Christian Education Benefit Solutions and will be accountable for representing the plans to the existing participants and driving future growth and plan participation across all of Canada. The Managing Director will bring fresh and innovative ideas to growing and managing the health and pension plans that are offered. He/she will do this by partnering closely with the staff, Trustees, the US Managing Director, and all contracted service providers (investment managers, actuaries, attorneys, pension and insurance consultants, marketing firms, etc.) to ensure the plans are meeting the needs of the Christian Education community.
