Worship Arts Pastor

The Worship Arts Pastor will provide leadership and direction to the Worship Arts department of Illuminate, ensuring alignment with overall church goals and philosophies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual leadership to the overall worship culture of Illuminate.
• Oversee and actively lead the Worship team, Production Director, and Communications Director in ensuring their long-term and short-term responsibilities are met.
• Oversee all week-to-week operations of the Worship Arts department to plan and execute weekly services.
• Oversee and actively lead the Communications director and all Communications for Illuminate, including overseeing the leader who updates and manages the website, social media, app, and printed communication.
• Oversee the management, operation, and upgrading of the church’s audio/visual/lighting systems, primarily through the Production Director.
• Lead Worship Arts team on and off the platform.
• Oversee and provide vision to experiences and special events that involve programming resources.
• Provide consistent and helpful evaluations of the Worship Arts Team, including job performance, healthy communication skills, culture representation, and budget use.
