The Women’s Pastor will step into this dynamic ministry and have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, new perspectives, and further expand the impact. The role involves overseeing women’s ministry strategy, leading Bible studies, shepherding and mentoring women, and mobilizing them into outreach opportunities in the community.
The Women’s Pastor will be part of a collaborative team that includes pastoral staff and volunteers, and will work closely with the Women’s Lead Team to ensure the growth, spiritual development, and well-being of the women of IBC.
