Ted Vaughn


From church marketing and brand to the executive boardroom, Ted Vaughn understands the local church. Before joining Slingshot Group, Ted Vaughn was the Chief Creative Officer for the Rock Church in San Diego, CA, a young, urban, and forward-thinking church of over 13,000 weekly worshippers. During his time at the Rock he led the complete redesign of their stage and scenic, developed Rock Films, created the weekly Rock TV program, and helped launch their first multi-site campus with virtual teaching environment technology. With an additional 12 years experience in mainline denominational churches, Ted has unique insight into the weekend worship experience and is passionate about developing healthy and high functioning teams who contribute to a vision and mission greater than their individual abilities.
