For over 35 years, Rhoda Schultz has enjoyed serving the local church. Her background covers a broad range of ministry, including worship, small groups, and women’s ministry. She is passionate and burdened for healthy church constructs and experiences.

Rhoda is an author/speaker, having released Lost & Found: A Prodigal’s Journey Home, to encourage waiting hearts with the tender and pursuing love of the Father. Her aim is to make much of God and His redemptive power.

Rhoda brings all this to her role in serving on the Candidate Relations team. A Colorado native, Rhoda and her husband of 35 years, Craig, are adjusting to their newly emptied nest and remain crazy about their 5 adult children and 4 grandchildren. She loves to hike, read, and make delicious things.
