Paul has high energy, is ready for adventure, quick to laugh, extremely curious, always encouraging and intentionally present. His journey has included stops in enrollment management in Christian higher education, financial planning, turning around small faith-based businesses, and church engagement. While he has worn many hats from operations, human resources, business development, and marketing, his favorite is whatever allows him to be with and develop people.

A verse of scripture that has greatly impacted Paul’s calling is Ephesians 2:10. He enthusiastically believes that every individual has been created for a specific time, with a unique gift for a very specific purpose and counts it pure joy to serve faith-based organizations in finding great people to do great things through his work with Slingshot.

Paul and his wife, Stacey, are originally from Texas and recently celebrated 20 years in the “Magic City” Birmingham, AL. They have two daughters Evie and Addie and are experiencing the joy of raising teenagers. Stacey is the Communications Director at their church home.
