    Position Description

    The Digital Content Designer will join The Reformation Project team in fulfilling the organization’s mission by increasing our visibility and following our target audience: non-affirming Christians who are becoming open to this conversation and affirming Christians who are orthodox in their theology and who want to reach more non-affirming Christians on LGBTQ topics. To succeed, the candidate must be a Christ-centered leader who can learn quickly, design with integrity, communicate with clarity, build relationships, and serve the team as they lead The Reformation Project into the next season of growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cast vision and create long-term strategies and short-term goals for growing The Reformation Project’s online reach, effectiveness, and overall impact, in collaboration with the Executive Director
    • Champion The Reformation Project’s Statement of Faith, mission, vision, and values
    • Collaborate with the team for digital design and content creation
    • Lead the development of a strategic social media plan and editorial calendar with the goal of growing The Reformation Project’s e-mail list and social media following
    • Ensure The Reformation Project’s brand standards are followed throughout all social media channels
    • Suggest and then implement new strategies and tactics for utilizing social media
    • Design and track engagement metrics to determine the success of the organization’s social media presence
    • Customize marketing communications to target the diverse audiences within The Reformation Project’s constituency, including donors, program alumni, prospective program participants, and other supporters
    • Manage the development of compelling digital content (video, graphics, etc.), creative written content, and create branded visuals
