The Associate Pastor of Discipleship will serve as a vital team member for the spiritual health and maturity at The Bridge Church. Through helping connect new families, creating and managing the church’s discipleship offerings, and preaching/teaching, this role will help The Bridge Church flourish in the years to come. For the ministry-minded leader drawn to guiding others in experiencing the ways of Jesus at all life’s stages, this role presents a wonderful opportunity to contribute within a healthy leadership and team culture.
