    About This Organization

    Grace currently operates on 2 campuses with 5 services on a Sunday, four in Netcong, and one in Randolph. There are full ministries at both sites and are all live with full worship bands and live preaching with the same sermon delivered at both sites.

    Grace Church offers a contemporary worship experience with live music and solid biblically-based relevant sermons. Average Sunday (morning and evening) attendance is about 1000 adults and 220 children and youth. Over half of the new members are a result of conversion.

    Grace stands firmly on the doctrine outlined in our Declaration of Faith. Grace strives for biblically-based cultural relevance while maintaining Baptistic distinctives.

    Position Description

    Purpose: To provide overall leadership in Grace achieving its mission/vision. This leadership will guide the church toward achieving a balanced ministry between Worship, Fellowship, Equipping, Ministry & Evangelism.

    Vision: To Raise Up Generations of Families that are Built to Last

    Key Relationships:

    • Executive Director
    • Elder Board
    • Grace Staff
    • Influential leaders (formal & informal)

     

    • The Senior Pastor is directly accountable to the Board of Elders
    • 5 years minimum pastoral experience in a church of over 500 adults
    • Seminary degree (Masters Degree or above)
