    Scottsdale Bible Church is a fantastic and long-standing non-denominational church in the Phoenix area with over 7,500 in attendance across three campuses, with a fourth soon to launch. The Men’s & Marriage Pastor for the Cactus Campus will have the opportunity to join a healthy team at a growing campus reaching people from all walks of life!

    Scottsdale Bible Church began with 13 people in 1962 and has grown to more than 7,500 in attendance across three campuses. With a deep commitment to transformational Bible teaching, engaging worship, authentic community, and service-based outreach, SBC has been steadily growing and expanding across the Northeast Phoenix Valley. Scottsdale Bible has been blessed with measurable growth ever since Pastor Jamie Rasmussen’s arrival in October 2007, reflecting a sense of love and enthusiasm among the congregation and commitment to a compelling vision for their community.

    Scottsdale Bible has a deep commitment to engaging Bible teaching, and the staff culture reflects that value in terms of education and passion for the Word of God. At the same time, their heart for the lost and desire to be a welcoming environment to all is truly felt in every interaction on campus.     Position Description

    Scottsdale Bible Church (SBC) is committed to excellence and good stewardship; therefore, it is vital that every Team Member at SBC helps support and advance our vision, mission, and values.

    In this position, you will:

    Ensure that Men’s, Marriage, & Groups programming and events functioning at the Cactus campus is reflective of the site-specific demographics, as well as support the Central Men’s & Marriage Pastor, as well as the Central Groups & Enrichment Pastor, in the overall vision and mission of the ministries.

    Education and/or experience:

    • A level of education (or working toward) and experience commensurate with the position: Master of Arts or
    • Master of Divinity or equivalent
    • Theological training
    • 5+ years related ministry leadership experience in a large church
