About This Organization
Restoration Church began as Casper Wesleyan Church in 1980 with Pastor Dave and Beth Limmer. Casper is dependent mainly on the energy industry, so throughout the 80s, they continued to see hundreds of people join the church but would then be shipped out to their next job elsewhere. In 1992 the church left the denomination and became Restoration Church in 1994. in 1999 they joined an apostolic network called Coast to Coast, part of a global network called Salt and Light. They moved locations in 2011 into a large facility by faith. Dave and Beth’s son Justin and his wife Heidi became the Lead Pastors in 2013 and have been leading the church for the last seven years. The church has continued to grow with a focus on reaching into the community.
Restoration Church feels like family. The joy in the atmosphere is tangible, and the spiritual hunger of the people is inspiring. Worship isn’t simply a set of songs at Restoration Church. It’s a way of life. People are committed to seeing God transform their community and region, and there’s no better way to see that happen than to worship with complete abandon.
The Worship Pastor position at Restoration Church is an opportunity to join a close-knit, passionate team. The church loves to worship and is ready to launch into an exciting future. The role will be all about building a team, developing other leaders, fostering creativity, and helping the church enter into passionate, expressive worship. This is a “building” opportunity to create an exciting worship culture. This culture runs through every church area, including Sunday mornings, small groups, children’s ministry, and all throughout. Restoration is a multi-generational church and wants to raise up disciples in the worship area.
There is room for the gifting and creativity of the new Worship Pastor to soar. Restoration Church has a full recording studio, ready for songs to be written and original music to be made. The church has been known for its expression of the arts and is looking forward to its continued growth and development.
