VISION
- Resonate aims to be a missional movement to bring the beauty of the gospel to our cities through the transformative love of Jesus, empowering disciples to live sent and plant new churches that will impact the Bay Area, and the next generation.
MISSION
- We exist to make disciples who make disciples who make much of Jesus for the glory of God.
ASPIRATION
- Resonate Church is committed to reaching an additional 1% or 72,000 people in the Bay Area by 2035, leading them to surrender their lives to Christ.
The staff at Resonate see themselves and their role like a venn diagram. You have 3 circles. One circle is “Family.” They are truly family. They eat lunch together, they hangout together, they care for each other, they help each other. All of this is led by Pastor Ryan, who seeks to have an intentional family approach to the staff. The second circle is “Team”. The success of the team is bigger than the success of the individual and the values speak to the team being connected.
They truly believe the team has a missional dynamic that helps them stay connected and supporting one another. The last circle is “job”. They are down to earth, but they do grind. They want to make sure they are moving the mission forward and, as a family, we are producing results and fruit in the ministry.
