Production Manager

The Production Manager at 46 Entertainment will oversee all aspects of live event production, ensuring seamless execution of shows, concerts, tours, and various events. This role involves managing audio, staging, lighting, video, and other logistical elements to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the oversight and management of various live production events, ensuring all elements run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, team members, vendors, and contractors to guarantee the success of each event.
• Maintain organizational management and develop strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and current and future clients.
• Oversee all production elements, including audio, staging, lighting, video, tour production staff, props, stagehands, and power sources.
• Manage all logistics and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure the complete success of every show, tour, concert, or event.
• Translate client visions into seamless in-person experiences through expert technical and production execution.
