Pinelake Church began in 1971 with a few families in a lakeside trailer—and now reaches over 19,000 people weekly across five campuses. Their vision is to see Mississippi changed one Life Change Story at a time. Under the leadership of Chip Henderson, Pinelake has grown with intentionality keeping deep discipleship at the center. The church is rooted in strong biblical teaching, Spirit-led worship, and a desire to help every person learn from Jesus, live like Jesus, and lead others to Him. Their reach is big, but their heartbeat is local invested in every corner of the state, from college towns to suburbs to small rural communities.
Pinelake is looking for a seasoned leader who has a passion to implement a discipleship strategy into the life of the entire church. This person will sit on the Lead Team, as they will be responsible for the implementation of the discipleship strategy throughout all campuses. This person will oversee the one church pastor or directors of the care and recovery ministry, missions, groups and connections. The person must be a strong leader and a proven track record of leading at a high level within a church and, preferably, a multi-site church.
