    Why We Love This Opportunity

At Northview, you’ll get to be a part of a staff of good people with high integrity and contribute to something growing and increasing in influence locally and nationally.

With the central team housed at this campus, you will get to be full-time at the core and heartbeat of Northview!

Northview will be committed to supporting you and giving you the tools to succeed. They like to hire good people and let them run with high accountability. Northview is aggressive about reaching people far from God and balances that well with discipleship, but they don’t have time for personal agendas. They have a work culture that is very collaborative and are actively seeking ‘called’ contributors.

In short, this is an amazing, healthy and influential church. Those who go, see and experience it will want to be a part of Northview.

    About This Organization

In October 1980, Northview Church first gathered for worship in an elementary school in Carmel, Indiana. Today it is one Church in eleven locations across central Indiana and was recently listed by Outreach Magazine as the second-fastest-growing Church in the country. Currently, about 10,000 people gather for worship across their seven physical campuses and four prison campuses each weekend.

Northview Church, above all else, remains true to its mission to connect people with God and connect people with people. It is the kind of church that meets you right where you are in life and is passionate about helping you find and fulfill God’s purpose. Northview is non-denominational with a pastoral staff that has intentionally been recruited from various denominational backgrounds. Northview is focused on the core doctrines of Christianity and experiences hundreds of faith decisions and baptisms every year.
