Executive Leader & Translator
- Strengthens alignment at the executive level; partnering cross-functionally

Financial Expertise & Acumen
- Effectively leads 5-year strategic and financial modeling
- Experience in sensitivity planning and scenario forecasting
- Disciplined in budgeting, audits and financial stewardship
- Strategic financial communication and implementation
Construction & Facilities Leadership
- Oversees major building projects & budgets
- Leads pre-construction negotiation and planning
- Brings strategic direction to facilities and security
- Strong people leadership and collaboration with external vendors
Systems Builder & Sustainer
- Designs and improves operational systems
- Anticipates needs others do not see

Key Qualifications
- Personal relationship with Christ and committed to being part of the Connection Pointe family
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in church, nonprofit, or business operations
- Strong people leadership and project management skills
- Ability to delegate effectively and lead staff to desired outcomes
- Oversight of multi-department operations, including finance
- Experience leading financial planning and long-range modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations or related field
