This is a moment to shape the future. With new families arriving, facilities being built, and campuses expanding, the influence of this role could be massive. You won’t be managing a status quo ministry. You’ll be designing and leading a movement to reach the next generation.
There’s still a lot of ground to clear and structure to build. The leadership environment is dynamic and in transition. Clarity is still emerging in some areas, and the team needs a steady, empowering leader who can navigate complexity with courage and care. This role will stretch you, but it will also matter.
