    Position Description

    The Pastor of Traditional Worship will provide creative vision and leadership to the Arts and Worship Team and congregation by leading in worship, training, and pastoring team members, overseeing the overall production and related aesthetics of the Traditional Worship service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare creative and engaging orders of worship for the service in collaboration with the Senior Pastor and Staff Worship Team.
    • Supervise leaders (volunteer or paid) of the groups within the Arts and Worship Team.
    • Pastor, train, manage, and care for the Arts and Worship Team volunteers.
    • Develop a process to regularly identify and deploy new volunteers.
    • Collaborate with the live stream and sound tech assistants.
    • Coordinate and manage special events and services within the worship ministry (Christmas, Easter, Volunteer Training, etc).
    • Manage the Arts and Worship budget.

    • Demonstrated experience leading and directing worship teams, choirs, instrumental ensembles, and musical worship.
    • Experience managing staff and volunteer teams, handling and resolving difficult situations in a skilled and professional manner.
