**Please Note This Is a Part-time Position**

The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature worship leader who is passionate about Jesus and committed to leading people into authentic worship. This person thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building teams by identifying, recruiting, and equipping volunteers and students. They bring both musical excellence and pastoral care, investing relationally in worship team members while helping them grow spiritually and musically. The right leader will be organized, able to plan services thoughtfully, and comfortable working with tools such as Planning Center. Most importantly, they will care deeply about discipling students and helping them discover their gifts in worship and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contemporary worship for weekend services at the Frye Farm Campus.
• Plan and coordinate worship services in collaboration with the campus Director of Worship Arts.
• Recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteer musicians, singers, and tech team members.
• Lead rehearsals and prepare music to ensure excellent worship experiences.
• Build relationships with worship team members to encourage their spiritual and emotional growth.
• Provide leadership for student ministry worship environments, including recruiting and developing student worship leaders.
• Create worship sets, schedule teams, and maintain service orders using Planning Center.
• Collaborate with student ministry leaders and worship arts staff to create engaging worship environments for students and adults.
