Atlas Free is seeking an experienced multi-system leader, manager, and organizer with experience in a changing and growing organization. The Program Director leads Atlas Free’s global programs, overseeing a Network of organizations combating sex trafficking and exploitation. This role shapes strategy, manages a $4M+ departmental budget, and strengthens partnerships to maximize impact.

70% People/Systems/Programs Manager: Leads with a strong balance of people-centered leadership and operational excellence.
