BridgeWay Church has experienced tremendous growth in the last year and is continuing to grow. BridgeWay is committed to being a “Church without walls.” Lead Pastor Kyle Cunningham is passionate about helping people experience the fullness of the Gospel and reaching their community for Christ. This is evident in his relevant teaching style and passion to reach the community. This is a relational and driven environment, ready for growth.

Church Description

BridgeWay is an outwardly-focused, gospel-driven, non-denominational church in Flower Mound, Texas. Each week, 600 people worship together in an environment that is focused on reaching people who are not connected to God. BridgeWay has developed a strong leadership core that is dedicated to reaching people for the gospel.

The church was planted in 2011. A group of families began meeting in a local event center before purchasing a small church building in 2013. Shortly thereafter, a second phase was completed with a new auditorium. In 2018, Kyle Cunningham was appointed as Lead Minister. Since assuming leadership, God has blessed BridgeWay with an exciting season of growth and renewed energy. BridgeWay is achieving significant Kingdom impact in Denton County!

Position Description

BridgeWay is searching for a strong leader who can grow and inspire students and leaders. They will be passionate about creating powerful worship experiences as well as group environments. They will be comfortable with producing results and taking initiative. They will support the vision of the church—not only their area of responsibility. They will be committed to growth and not afraid to fail by taking risks. Candidates must show a history of effective development skills including but not limited to: setting expectations, holding team members accountable, and having crucial conversations. They must be comfortable in an environment in which staff are held accountable for quantifiable results. They must be autonomous and self-starting. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
