|Church or Org Description|
|Rescue House Church exists to help you discover who God made you to be. Pastor Matt Hudson founded RHC in 2010 with 30 in attendance on their launch Sunday. In early November 2019, they had 715 people in attendance, a 40% increase in attendance over the same time period in the previous year. They now have two campuses. One permanent location in Mocksville, NC, which houses staff offices and one portable location that meets at a high school in Winston-Salem, NC.
Rescue House Church is in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and Appalachian Mountains, the Triad is named for the three largest cities in the region: Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point. This region has over 1.6 million residents, making it the 30th largest metropolitan area in the U.S. They are just 3 hours from the beach and 1.5 hours from the mountains!
As a church, Rescue House has five core values that inform the way they lead and live:
– Following Jesus is a process.
|The Worship Pastor builds, shepherds, and stewards the worship culture of Rescue House Church. They help create and lead environments of worship that honor God, host His presence, and engage His people, all with excellence. They champion the equipping and empowering of leaders. As they lead, they strive to continually love like Jesus, while laughing hard and honoring God with integrity.
Rescue House is looking for a Worship Pastor that is a life-bringing builder. The new Worship Pastor should confidently lead a strong, vibrant culture of worship and a worship ministry that is passionate, declaratory, and Spirit-filled. They are looking for someone that has a passion to write and record original music to give voice to what God is doing in their midst.
Rescue House is a growing church that is always looking to get better. They believe that excellence honors God and inspires people. This leader will need to be flexible (as things change), innovative (as things grow), and strategic (as ministry translates across campuses).
