Why We Love This Opportunity
God is doing something special at Crosspoint City Church.
The role of the Worship Pastor is overseeing and coordinating the worship ministry at Crosspoint City Church at it’s largest campus in Cartersville.
This opportunity is great for the worship pastor who is a dynamic worship leader, passionate about leading leaders, and loves creating dynamic worship experiences.
Launched as Oak Leaf Church back in 2006 as a plant of West Ridge Church. By 2011, the church had grown to over 600+ people. The year 2011 brought a change in the life of the church due to a leadership change. The founding pastor of Oak Leaf Church disqualified himself from ministry, and the church entered a season of restoration shepherded by the team at West Ridge Church. In 2013, the church “re-launched” as Crosspoint City Church under the leadership of current Lead Pastor, James Griffin. In 2019, the first multi-site campus was launched in Adairsville, Ga. Crosspoint is now 1 church in 2 locations with plans to launch a third location in 2021. Crosspoint has grown from a weekly avg. attendance of 700 people (back in 2013) to just over 2,000 people in 2020.
Over the last 5 years, we have successfully built a reputation as a church that is heavily invested in reaching lost people and radically serving the community as a whole.
Crosspoint City is a healthy, growing church with a young, but strong team. Great things are ahead for Crosspoint City Church!
Lead engaging musical worship and supervise the technical execution for weekend gatherings at the Cartersville location.
