Trinity Covenant Church has deep roots in the city of Manchester, Connecticut, having been originally planted in 1892 by Swedish immigrants. It has been a pillar in the community for 130 years. Post-COVID, they see roughly 200 in attendance on Sundays, with another 80-100 in unique online views to the live stream. Trinity Covenant Church is a part of the Evangelical Covenant Church denomination. More information about the ECC can be found at www.covchurch.org. The church is led by the Governance Board, of which the Lead Pastor is a member of and also accountable to. The congregational members weigh in on major decisions when asked by the Governance Board. 

Manchester is exactly halfway between New York and Boston, placing them strategically between two world-class cities that provide both mountains and the ocean within a 45-minute drive. Position Description 

This opportunity is designed for anyone who possesses respect for traditional hymns and can infuse them into a predominantly contemporary worship set. The next Worship Arts Director will give voice, leadership, and know-how to a church that craves their expertise. Up to this point, Trinity has minimal experience with using a click track and has not yet delved into the world of tracks. The Worship Arts Director will be able to influence the trajectory of this use of technology. 

Trinity Covenant offers one Sunday morning service with a midweek band rehearsal. The next leader will give oversight and have a fingerprint on the whole Sunday morning worship service experience.
