The primary responsibilities of the Worship Arts Director include leading with strong vocal talent, musical abilities, and spiritual leadership as well as leading other worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists in a team effort to consistently create meaningful worship environments and experiences. Essential to success is the development of a strong team and future worship leaders.
MCC is looking for a modern pastoral people-leader. The next Worship Arts Director will be a builder with a heart for loving and relating to people on and off the platform.
