|The staff culture at Park Cities Baptist Church is described as grace-centered, encouraging, humble, passionate, and hopeful. The new Technical Director should be a “people-person” who is able to work with various personality types and lead them well. A leader is desired who can help set the standard across the campus, recruit and develop volunteers, and bring consistency and continuity to the teams. They have new gear in place and want to expand their use of technology, while also developing people to serve. Park Cities wants a servant leader who will shepherd those who serve on the teams. The person serving in this role should care for and nurture others, seeking to see them develop both technically and spiritually. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, strategist, and futurist who is detail-oriented and thinks well in terms of systems and processes. The church is looking to see things move forward in terms of technology and methodology. The new Technical Director should be progressively minded, willing to implement new ideas and practices. Above all, the new Technical Director should lead with godly humility, having an observable love for the Lord and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.|
