Lead Pastor

Why We Love This Opportunity

The opportunity at Arbor Church is a unique role for a person who longs to lead and reach people in the Pacific Northwest. Arbor is a TOGETHER kind of church, and people desire to lock arms and hearts and love and lead people to Jesus. At Arbor, “It’s okay not to be okay,” and the congregation is seeking a leader who wants to help a younger church become who it may one day be in creating disciples of Jesus together!

Church or Org Description

Arbor’s mission and vision is to make disciples together. That means both making new disciples and the spiritual growth of existing disciples. These three values are at the heartbeat of Arbor.

We are fundamentally a church that loves and reveres God’s word and considers it the ultimate authority. We are not denominationally affiliated.

We do God’s work together. We reject the idea of a large staff serving an uncommitted flock. At Arbor, everyone pitches in and serves each other.

Helping the Hurting
Arbor was born from an event of immense pain and has in its lifetime ministered to hundreds of people who have also experienced tremendous sorrow.

The elders are the governing authority at Arbor Church, and the Senior/ Lead Pastor is a full voting member of the elder team.

Woodinville sits in the Northeast corner of King County as a wooded suburb of the greater Seattle area. It is an ideal location for a person looking to have the advantages of being “close to it all.” It sits less than a half-hour drive from downtown, yet less than an hour from the ski slopes, hiking, kayaking, and much more.
