Position Description *
The lead designer is the primary advocate and steward of the CityHope brand – positioned to maintain its quality and develop its image and use over time. This individual will play a critical role in developing, leading, and executing big ideas for high tier events.

As a whole, The CRTV Communications team partners with Lead Pastor, Trey Taylor, and the organization by delivering great designs, videos, and art in three primary areas:

1. Weekend Experience​: The ministry engine that moves people to the next step in their spiritual journey.

2. Communications​: The day to day, week to week, communications to the church body through ​inspiration​, creating ​awareness​, and establishing a deeper ​partnership​ that drives overall church vision.

3. Marketing​: The external communications of hope and gospel truth, intentional in its construction and tone to be received as an authentic invitation.

– Consistently shows discernment on how to expend the right amount of energy and creativity based on priorities.
– Delivers great work on time
– Meets mutually established annual and strategic objectives.
– Maintains a high level of professional excellence, Christian character, and integrity at all times.
-Demonstrates leadership through delegation and empowerment, effective team-building and communication with people.
