Fellowship Bible Church of Little Rock began with a small group of students at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville who were inspired in the late 1960’s with a vision for a new kind of church. In August of 1977, this group held its official first service and now has grown to about 4000 people weekly. In 2017 Fellowship launched a bilingual Espanol campus that currently meets at the Little Rock campus, with a heart of reaching the growing latino community in Little Rock. This summer, Fellowship is beginning the planting process of a fifth campus in the Midtown neighborhood of Little Rock.
 

Position Description *

The new Junior High Pastor will inherit a fantastic group of students (approx. 150) and volunteers (approx. 30) The Junior High Pastor is responsible for overseeing the ministry to 7th – 8th grade students at the Little Rock campus for Fellowship Student Ministries (FSM).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Give leadership, teaching and oversight to weekly ECHO services.
-Recruit and develop Junior High D Group volunteers.
-Lead and oversee Junior High assimilation from Fifty6 (5th-6th grade ministry).
-Connect with and shepherd FSM parents and families.
-Give input to multisite strategy and execution.

-Relevant 4 year college degree. Seminary or other ministry training a plus.
