Living Way Community Church is a multi-ethnic and multi-generational church with a heart to make disciples that impact the world. Living Way is known for its solid teaching and their focus on making disciples. LWCC is excited to move into its new location in Eagle Rock and build a presence would be felt in the community.

LWCC an energetic and vibrant church in the focused expansion and growth. The future for LWCC is bright and there should be a lot of optimism about where God is leading LWCC and its leadership.

Position Description *
The Executive Pastor will oversee and lead all staff and lay leaders to effectively carry out the vision of LWCC. The Executive Pastor will encourage, empower, and provide resources to the various ministries and staff so that they can all move toward fulfilling the vision of the church.

Staff and lay leader oversight
-Provide oversight and direction to all staff and deacons
-Shepherd and care for all staff and deacons.
-Function as Chief of Staff (morale, culture, training, performance and salary review etc.)
-Recruit, train and coach lay leaders for various ministry positions

Ministry Development
-Facilitate the annual strategic planning process
-Establish and maintain a set of key performance measures (KPMs)
-Ministry design and implementation
-Champion the development of infrastructure that supports healthy, long-term growth of the church.

-Ensure the operational readiness of the church through leadership and oversight of the support staff performing duties in administration, finance, human resources, supply, and facilities management.
