Living Oaks Church is seeking an Executive Associate Pastor to support and assist the Lead Pastor in pastoral responsibilities shepherding the flock together. This godly and gifted individual will oversee several key ministry areas including assimilation, operations, care, and outreach, ensuring each ministry is aligned with the mission, vision, and message of the church. This position requires an experienced and dynamic leader who is able to effectively organize, administrate, and lead whole departments, creating meaningful relationships and developing new volunteers within the church body.
To support and assist the Lead Pastor in shepherding the flock by fulfilling core pastoral responsibilities and overseeing key ministry areas including assimilation, operations, care, and outreach.
