Organization Description

MinistrySafe was created by legal professionals who are sexual abuse experts. After decades of litigating sexual abuse cases, Gregory Love and Kimberlee Norris founded MinistrySafe to help ministries meet legal standards of care and reduce the risk of sexual abuse by creating preventative measures tailored to fit the needs of churches and ministry programs.

Position Description

The MinistrySafe Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and executing a strategic marketing plan to target both new and existing customers. The Director of Marketing will report to the organization’s founders, however he/she will have autonomy to create and bring ideas to the table for discussion and execution. As a marketing team of one, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for both ideation and execution. He/she will be authorized to work with outside vendors to meet defined marketing objective goals.

The ideal candidate should possess:
A faithful believer cultivated through their own walk with Jesus; an entrepreneurial-spirit to build and lead a Marketing Team with excellence; and have the knowledge, skills, expertise & vision to execute a plan to get there.

  • 5 Years of Marketing experience (preferred)
  • Strong writing, editorial and communication skills, professional context
  • Proficient in Facebook marketing, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Organized and efficient
  • Ambitious self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and visual website builders
  • Proficient in Mailchimp
