Organization Description

Christian Heritage operates with three varied and distinct locations across Nebraska, which allows them to serve three different service areas.

The Walton home office is less than 10 minutes outside of Lincoln, down a short stretch of rolling green acreage in which the home office and four foster homes reside on roughly 40 acres. The majority of the 31 full-time and four part-time staff reside at this location.

The Kearney office is located in a more rural setting, with two foster care homes. Each foster care home is roughly 5,000 square feet.

The Omaha office is unique in the fact that it does not have foster care homes onsite, and is in a more urban setting…making its home in a shared office space of the 2nd floor of the Omaha Home for Boys building.

Christian Heritage’s home office is in the heart of the family-oriented Midwest. The region makes up a part of what is known as the greater Midwest Silicon Prairie.

Position Description

he next CEO will continue to build upon the excellent reputation of Christian Heritage. Our commitment to compassionate quality support and teaching is truly distinctive. The CEO is the driving force for creation, implementation and fidelity toward vision and strategy and is responsible for the planning, funding and direction of Christian Heritage. They’ll work closely with Executive Council leaders in all vision-casting and implementation endeavors.

Cultivate new relationships and financial partnerships to extend our depth and scope.

Oversee and maintain financial integrity and direction
Create and sustain a board-CEO linkage.
